Judging Session

Exhibitors must be available for one judging session. Please indicate below all of the judging sessions for which you would be available:

Session 1: Wednesday, April 9, 2008. 9:30 - 11:00 AM.
Session 2: Wednesday, April 9, 2008. 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM.
Session 3: Wednesday, April 9, 2008. 12:30 - 2:00 PM.

The Office of Undergraduate Education should be notified at least two weeks in advance of any cancellations. Participant is expected to be present for the entire judging session.

Note: Participants are responsible for making the necessary arrangements to have their displays removed immediately following the Awards Reception on April 9, 2008. Posters not removed by 5:00 p.m. will be discarded. Winning posters will be displayed in Atherton Hall for the remainder of the semester.

A signature form will appear after pressing the "Submit Form" button. Please print this and have it signed by the appropriate advisers, then submit the signed form to 417 Old Main.

NOTE: YOU WILL NEED TO TURN IN THE SIGNED FORM. YOUR APPLICATION IS NOT CONSIDERED COMPLETE UNTIL THIS FORM IS SUBMITTED BOTH ELECTRONICALLY AND IN HARD-COPY FORMAT WITH APPROPRIATE SIGNATURES. A SIGNATURE FORM WILL APPEAR FOR YOU TO PRINT AFTER YOU CLICK "SUBMIT." BE SURE TO PRINT A COPY BEFORE CLOSING THE WINDOW; THE FORM CANNOT BE ACCESSED AGAIN ONCE THE WINDOW IS CLOSED. THIS SIGNATURE FORM MUST BE RETURNED TO 417 OLD MAIN BY March 7, 2008.
